We at Versa Medi Spa adhere to the highest standards of respecting and protecting patient privacy and the confidentiality of health care information. We adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding the privacy of individual health care information including HIPPA (the Health Care Insurance Privacy and Protection Act), enacted on April 15, 2003.

Office Policy

Versa Medi Spa provides office visits and treatments by appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours advance notice is required to avoid a charge for the time reserved on your behalf. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we request that you advise us if you are running late.

CareCredit Policy

CareCredit, a patient financing program for cosmetic services, is now available at our practice. If you would like to consider financing your treatment, please ask one of our staff members for information on this program.
